How do I sign up for Tembo Pay?
You sign up via the homepage, after which you instantly get access to a trial. -
What happens after my trial ends?
You can pay your subscription fee and start using Tembo Pay, or you don’t pay. Not paid your outstanding payment for 6 months? Your account and data will be deleted permanently. -
Can I upgrade or downgrade at any time?
You can upgrade to a ‘Premium’ plan or downgrade to a ‘Business’ plan at any time. For an upgrade, we will charge you the difference between the plans for the current subscription period. Unfortunately, we have a no refund policy for downgrades during a subscription period. Your downgrade will kick in at the next subscription and billing period. -
Can I add more staff during my subscription?
Yes. We will charge you the difference between your previous and new headcount for the current subscription period. -
Can I reduce the headcount during my subscription?
Yes, but we don’t refund. You can reduce the headcount for your next subscription period. -
How do I cancel my subscription?
You simply stop paying. After several payment reminders, your account will be locked. You can continue to log in, but you can’t access employee data and features. Your account will be unlocked after receiving your outstanding payment. Not paid your outstanding payment for 6 months? Your account and data will be deleted permanently. -
How does payment work?
You can select between a 6 month or yearly subscription. And we accept payments via bank transfer. -
Will I receive an official contract or invoice?
You can get a ready-to-download agreement and invoice directly from the application itself. In case you require something more official, we do make exceptions, please contact us: support@tembo-pay.com -
Does Tembo Pay integrate with 3rd party software?
Tembo Pay integrates with your favorite tools. We work with accounting software like Xero, Financio, and VHP. -
